Hello! I am Rae from Central Nebraska . I started on eBay when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in late 2001. I spent much of my time at home and started selling some of my own books. I enjoy buying interesting items, so my sales help pay for all the special things I bought. My "hobby" has mushroomed since then and as I have regained my strength I go to sales and thrift stores to find unique items to resell to “feed my habit.”
I also teach basic eBay night classes at our local community college. I also teach blogging, Facebook, and basic computer skills.
My “brush” with Breast Cancer has given me a different outlook on life—and that of my family. We have always been close, but now more than ever. My family consists of Gramps (we've been married 40 years now!), 9 children (eight girls, one boy), 7 wonderful sons-in-law, and 8 grandchildren.
